The Solasana Wellness Method

The Solasana Wellness Method offers a holistic approach to massage therapy designed to support both physical and mental well-being. By combining mindful touch, assisted movement, and nervous system–focused care, each session helps reduce tension, improve mobility, and restore balance throughout the body.
 
This method blends relaxation-based massage with targeted techniques and Thai-inspired stretching to address areas of tightness, improve flexibility, and support overall recovery. Through a personalized approach, sessions are tailored to individual needs, helping the body shift out of stress and into a more regulated, restorative state.

We know booking a class can be a little tricky. That’s why we put together these answers to help you navigate. From class schedules to what to wear, we aim to make it easy for you. If you have a question that’s not on here, feel free to reach out anytime!

Comfortable workout clothes are best! Choose something that allows you to move freely. Don’t forget a water bottle, and wear shoes suited for dance or fitness activities.

Booking a class is super easy! Just head over to our schedule page, find the class you want, and click the ‘Book Now’ button. Follow the prompts to secure your spot!

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You can manage your bookings through your account or contact us for assistance.

Absolutely! We welcome everyone, from beginners to advanced dancers. Our instructors tailor classes to accommodate all skill levels. Come join the fun!

Most of our classes last about an hour. This gives you plenty of time to warm up, learn new moves, and cool down. Check the schedule for specific class durations!
